Hi everyone! Happy Spring (a day early)!! For me, this is when prepping really kicks into high gear! Seeds are started and coming up, the garden will be planted, and eventually the shelves and freezer will be full of good homegrown food that is stored for the future. I’m gathering my energy and preparing my mind for the (pleasurable) work that coming with spring and summer.
