Hey Illinois! Some of the southern Illinois members of the APN had a small meet and greet yesterday in Mt Vernon, Illinois. We all met up at the Cracker Barrel right there off of I-57. Wow, was that a noisy, crowded place! The management kept coming by to see if we were “okay”, in other words, they wanted us to move on.
It is always great to put a face to the screen name and we all enjoyed a nice conversation about food storage, alternative heating and cooking, off grid, animals and more.
Next time we’ll all meet in a spot we can relax and at least hear each other talk! A great time tho…
